Scope boundaries
What needs separate agreement
Heavy construction waste, hazardous materials, specialist restoration, high-level access and active-site work requiring specialist controls sit outside our standard final clean and would need separate assessment.
Paint, plaster, adhesive or other residue is only tackled where it can be removed safely without risking the finished surface.
